In February, the third bilateral seminar of the project took place

On February 13, 14 and 15 in Deva we met for three days of intensive workshop with the team of our Norwegian partner in the project, More & Romsdal County Council. It was the third EEA bilateral workshop between Norway and Romania, this one having the title "Administration and Management in Local Development". The day of February 13 started with a festive opening by Mr. Laurențiu Nistor, the President of Hunedoara County Council, Kristoffer Dahle, from the Norwegian partner and Michaela Türk, representing the Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation, the Romanian partner in the project.

During the seminar, there were discussions related to the presentations made by the 4 Romanian speakers and the 9 Norwegian speakers, heritage protection specialists, architects, archaeologists, project managers, museographers, governors, and representatives of territorial development associations.

In addition to these presentations and discussions, the team from Norway was invited to take part in study visits to important points in Hunedoara County, such as Corvinilor Castle, Sarmizegetusa Ulpia Traiana, Bolii Cave, viewpoints in the Parang Mountains, Momârlănesc Village Museum, Petrila Mine..

This seminar comes as the last of the series of three, provided in the project. We were lucky and honored to have a valuable project partner in this project. It carries out a complex training activity, in various stages of the project, of the project team. The activity of the Norwegian partnership was intended to help us, those who put the project in motion, to develop professionally and improve our skills specific to the intervention areas of the project. For example, during the seminars we exchanged ideas and knowledge regarding the exploitation and enhancement of the historical monument, we identified the challenges and possibilities of future funding, we identified the beneficiaries and assessed their specific needs.
